Contracting Administration Assistant

We are looking for a Contracting Administration Assistant to provide a range of administrative tasks for the Organisation, supporting the Contracting Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collate and input hours from staff timesheets ready for wages.
Allocation of operators hours and tasks to Enterprises
Prepare sales orders for invoicing customers.
Assist with overflow of telephone calls.
Assist with administration and organisation of tasks.
Production of correspondence in the form of letters/quotes.
Be available to help out generally around the office.
To be able to work methodically, accurately and neatly and to meet all the deadlines set out for the financial reports.
