As Arable Manager at FGS Agri, James oversees all arable operations across our farming division, ensuring efficient, sustainable and productive practices. His extensive experience across both UK and international arable enterprises makes him a valued asset to the business.
Having grown up in Suffolk and Bedfordshire with family involvement in farming, civils and plant hire, James went on to study a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture at Harper Adams University. His career includes work with contract farming businesses in the UK and managing operations across 46,000 hectares in Western Australia.
Passionate about sustainable farming and finding the right solution, James focuses on delivering practical, forward-thinking approaches that enhance productivity while supporting long-term land health.
