Luke previously worked on a local arable farm where he started on a harvest placement then staying onto work full time.
He worked his way up through to being farm foreman having been with them since he was 17, working there for a total of 10 years.
He has driven an array of kit, which in the last 2 years included driving their 8400R and 8m Horsch drill, and one of the New Holland CR10.90 combines with a Macdon header before leaving in December.
Luke has joined the team as Contracting Operations Manager and will be responsible for the planning functions of the contracting office and the development of new systems to facilitate growth and expansion. He knows what farmers expect from a quality delivered service and how to organise a team of operators.
