What You’ll Be Doing Social Media & Content – Develop and execute innovative social media strategies, manage content plans, and create engaging posts. Email Marketing – Design and implement targeted campaigns to boost engagement and conversions. Digital Marketing – Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC strategies. Creative Copywriting – Write compelling content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media. Competitor & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and recommend new marketing opportunities. Event Management – Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events to showcase our brands. Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful brand strategies. What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • A passion for social media & digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting & proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to bring new ideas
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Understanding of SEO & PPC
  • Knowledge of the agricultural, environmental or composting sector would be advantageous but not essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our agricultural and utility contracting operation for a self-propelled spreader operator. The role will be centred around the day-to-day delivery of contract spreading services to the Thames Water contracted farmer customers in Kent. FGS Agri, part of the Heathcote Holdings group, is an integrated business supplying the needs of the agriculture and utility sector across the South East. The company prides itself on providing solutions to our clients promptly and professionally, whilst continuing to expand within a rapidly moving sector. Responsibilities:
  • To organise daily requisites to include fuel, transport in order to perform the daily work instructions.
  • Operate large spreading machines, associated equipment and plant as requested.
  • Be able to read and record instructions electronically.
  • Be used to working with precision guidance and mapping software.
  • Be multi skilled to confidently operate a range of machinery.
  • Keep all vehicles clean and tidy as well as washing and maintaining appearance.
  • To report in any faults with plant and machinery.
  • Be able to carry out basic maintenance.
  • To undertake and perform manual tasks when required.
Requirements for role:
  • Full Clean driving licence
  • Practical agricultural experience
  • Good tractor, spreader, excavator and loading shovel skills (would be desirable)
  • Have a proactive, flexible, problem-solving mind set
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our utility contracting enterprise for a Regional Operations Supervisor. The role is centred around organising service delivery to farmers in Kent, Surrey and Sussex which will include responsibility for taking orders, scheduling, staff and resource allocation, plus operational support. Your responsibilities will include deputising for the Operations Manager and helping with business development. The role relies upon flexibility in having to cover a geographically widespread operation which will rely upon mobile communications and ability to work from any one of our depots. Responsibilities:
  • Organise the day-to-day contract operations within your allocated region.
  • Maintain appropriate resources to undertake the client’s requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Completion and processing of your team’s administration such that invoicing is conducted within the contractual timeframes.
  • Conduct site access checks for planned operations. View, assess and record dynamic risk assessments which will be conveyed to our staff ahead of their arrival, highlighting key risks.
  • Flexible enough to be hands on when required including machine operating where necessary.
  • Assist in identifying business development opportunities.
Requirements for role:
  • Full driving licence.
  • Practical agricultural experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions when required whilst being mindful of the Company, colleagues and our clients.
  • IT literate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both to staff and clients.
  • Candidates would ideally be located on the North Kent/Surrey border.
