Inspiring the Next Generation of Farmers
We had the pleasure of hosting the Weald of Kent Young Farmers Club at our Pluckley site, and what a fantastic evening it was! It was great to welcome the group, show them around our cattle enterprise and share our passion for modern, sustainable agriculture.
Our farming team takes great pride in managing a herd of over 600 cows, based on Sussex, Sussex cross and Limousin breeding. The visit offered a hands-on look at how we manage livestock efficiently and responsibly as part of a modern mixed farming system.
We hope the evening inspired these enthusiastic young farmers to pursue their agricultural ambitions and look forward to continuing our support for the Kent Young Farmers movement — the future of British farming depends on them.
